Ground breaking news indeed. And it ends all speculation. The pre-order for Max Factory’s next Asahina Mikuru figure is finally up! From what we have seen before, she will feature in the waitress dress from the School Festival event, same as Tsuruya-san. And wow.. did she took my breathe away. Mikuru looks so moe!

Sigh, it looks like Max Factory did not answer to my prayer: “Do not release any more Haruhi figures, or I shall go broke!” I strongly suggest interested people (me too!) to pre-order her fast as I believe she will sell like hot cakes

Asakura Ryouko is in the same league as Nagato Yuki, who are both aliens to come over to Earth to watch over Suzumiya Haruhi. She may look like a decent student from the outside, but if you watched the anime, you will know what I mean ^^

The second part of my public-holiday-figure-shooting series is none other than the lovely Asahina Mikuru! Got her early this year from a restock. It was fortunate for me because she had long been sold out since her release in June 2007.

My long overdue project. Decided to use the 2 days public holiday to get as many figure shoots as possible. The first of those is none other than Haruhi! Got her during the fourth re-issue. It’s kinda amazing isn’t it? A single figure with four reissues and each one is selling like hot cakes. No wonder the producers are now gunning for a second season of the show. But let’s leave that for another post on another day
