Preview: Choun Shiryu Alter Ver.
Otaku Figures March 6th, 2008I have a strong feeling Alter will be gunning for the entire Ikkitousen series.. I was still thinking whether to get Alter’s Kanu.. Now having seen Choun, I feel collecting the whole set is a must. This Choun looks somewhat different from other Chouns from other makers. This one seems more “cool”. And she does not share the fate of all other Ikkitousen figures in the market now, which must have at least one part of the clothes torn. -.-” She has her eyes closed which is a minor minus for me.. since I like my figures to have pretty eyes 
She shall stand at 21cm tall and retail at 6800 yen.

Wow…seriously hers are much more detail than the other ones i saw. Her clothes gave me the fabric like feeling. AMongst all the cast i love her the most. Hah, so damn cool!

She’s blind all right ^^; You should take a look at Lily Salvatana figure by Alter also. It’s one fine figure ( > _ < )b

And La Tendo over here just informed in their newsletter this figure is up for preorder. Hefty 102 SGD, but member preorder is just 91.80 SGD, with a deposit of 20 bucks included.

Actually you made me think of something by your comment of Alter tackling the rest of the Ikkitousen cast…
If they do take it on, I am already so excited for an Alter Ryomou figure! Alter’s Kanu is actually one of the only Kanu’s that I feel is worthy of getting lol. Another one would be GoodSmile’s gothloli Kanu ^^ If GoodSmile/Alter can pull that off, I can’t wait for the rest of the Ikkitousen cast.

I agree with her looking more “cool” in this version, and I somewhat like it than most other Ikkitousen figures out there.
